Refund policy

USWoodenMap RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At USWoodenMap, we value transparency and efficiency in all our operations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

1. Policy Validity Period

We support product exchanges within 30 days from the order date. Any requests submitted after this period will not be processed.

 


 

2. Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects, such as serious damage, incorrect personalization, or faulty items. We do not accept returns for refunds under any circumstance.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Email your request with photos showing the defect to hello@uswoodenmap.com.
Step 2: Wait for our approval and instructions via email.
Step 3: Ship the product to the address provided in our reply.
Step 4: We will send a replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

⚠️ Refunds are not provided. Exchanges are granted only for confirmed manufacturing defects.

 


 

3. NON-ELIGIBLE Cases for Exchange or Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You changed your mind or no longer want the product.

The item “does not look like the pictures” or differs from your expectations.

You ordered the wrong size, especially for size-based products such as shoes, apparel, or accessories.

The item was purchased under any sale, promotion, or discount campaign. Discounted items are final sale – no refund, exchange, or warranty applies.

You wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, even if it has not yet shipped. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason once submitted.

The item has been used, washed, worn, or damaged after receipt.

The product was mishandled or damaged by the customer.

 


 

4. Special Terms for Discounted Items

Items bought on sale or during promotional campaigns are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
Please read the product details and policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

 


 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure correct personalization information is submitted at checkout.

Double-check size and product specifications before ordering.

Read and understand our policies prior to making a purchase.

Return items (when approved) in original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
