USWoodenMap SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at USWoodenMap. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional campaigns.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 30–45 business days
Other countries: Please add an additional 15 business days to the U.S. timeframe.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed deadlines. Delays may occur due to customs, logistics issues, or holiday seasons.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
An order is considered lost or undelivered only when:
45 days have passed since the shipment date, and
The tracking information shows no movement or updates for the entire period.
In such rare cases, if the customer did not purchase shipping insurance at checkout, USWoodenMap is not liable for compensation or reshipment. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) directly to resolve the matter.
4. Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.
If you did not purchase insurance, your order is shipped at your own risk.
No refunds, replacements, or claims will be accepted for lost or delayed packages if insurance was not selected.
5. Address Accuracy & Change Requests
Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any requests to change the shipping address.
Orders are handled automatically by our system to ensure timely processing. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed, even if they have not yet shipped.
Once the order is in our system, we are unable to interrupt or stop the fulfillment process.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We encourage customers to track their order status directly via the courier’s website.
Delivery dates may vary based on weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday schedules.
8. Discounted & Promotional Items
Orders containing discounted or promotional items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or compensation under any circumstances — including shipping delays or losses.
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing this policy before purchasing any sale items.
9. International Shipping
USWoodenMap ships to the United States and select international countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at hello@uswoodenmap.com before placing your order.
10. Other Shipping Notes
We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
Orders with customized or personalized items may experience longer processing times.
Only items that pass our quality inspection are shipped to ensure that every customer receives a flawless product.
